It's a good solid toaster. It looks very nice and stylish overall. It toasts pretty evenly--it's not perfect--but it's pretty good overall. The outside does get a bit hot--definitely hotter than other comparable toasters that I've had in the past. It's not hot enough to burn, but does get warm. Overall a good toaster. It's probably a bit overpriced, but is good if you can get it on sale.

We have had not so good luck with toasters in the past. Too light, make a small adj. and it's too dark, or very uneven and some burn. This toaster on the other hand has done a very good job. Our first try it was a little light but even. One adjustment and we now get perfect toast. This toaster met all expectations.

The shade settings are pretty good (6 levels): I can go from a light golden toast to a darker crisp without it getting burnt too fast. The extra-wide slots really do help with thick bread or bagels; I don’t have to force things in.

Hard to find a decent toaster lately. This one works well.

This toaster toasts the toast. The control dial actually works. What else do you need to know? Cost is reasonable and it’s a step above the less expensive options

It's a toaster and it works fine. Too early to tell how long it will last. I had a Toastmaster which lasted over 40 years. I won't be around that long to see if this compares.

I so far really like this toaster. It's sleek exterior goes well with my stainless appliances. Very easy to use and it seems sturdy. Best of all, my toast pops up toasted exactly how I wanted it to be with even browning. I haven't had it long enough to comment on longevity.

Good price for a quality product. Crumb drawer at bottom slides easily for cleaning. Toaster settings are accurate and toast comes out perfectly- from whole grain to white bread. Guarantee with GE is comparable or exceeds others for comparable toasters.

This toaster means business. On setting 1.5 out of 7, it toasts bread/bagels evenly and just right. Toaster tarts are medium-brown at setting 3. The settings knob and plunger have a sturdy feel. The sound when the cycle completes (pops up) isn't rattly. Shiny silver finish adds a luxurious appearance. Never had a Frozen button before -- but it's great because no need to adjust the knob for frozen waffle.. just press Frozen. Depth is awesome; our prior toaster of another name was not even deep enough for bagels. Very nice product at a good price.

Doesn't take up too much counter space. Toasts bread fine.....doesn't take too long. The bagel setting doesn't seem to do anything. Fine for us, since we like both sides toasted anyway, but some people wouldn't like that. Maybe ours is defective.
