Dissapointed in product and service

Both Best Buy and GE provided poor service and response to the issue. It was 1 month before I received a working product. Service reps were rude and condescending.

Based on our research, the freezer wire shelves are designed to allow proper airflow while preventing items from falling through. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The fridge quit after five years. Difficult to get anyone to come and repair it because it’s a bottom freezer that apparently is a Samsung part. Next fridge will not be a GE.
