I love how the door removes from the hinges. It's made very easy with just a few screws and quick-disconnects for the electrical connection. It allowed me to bring this freezer in through a very narrow doorway. The packaging on the bottom is covered with a strong slippery plastic. It helps a lot with sliding the freezer around. It made my job a lot easier. The freezer gets cold fast and stays there. Even with opening the door a lot. The door pockets are very convenient. Our old freezer didn't have them. It's also very, very quiet compared to our old freezer. The energy savings compared to our last one is so much that this one will pay for itself through energy savings in about 18 months! The glass shelves are strong. I don't know how they do it, but I have frozen hams, roasts, etc all piled up on the shelves. They seem to have no problem with the weight. Overall, I couldn't be happier. I'm really happy I bought this freezer.

This freezer is perfect. It has tons of space to fit everything you'd want to put inside. It has GLASS shelves. It has a digital temp on the outside of the door. An alarm to alert if the temp raises. There are adjusters on the feet that will keep it balanced on any surface. Lots of space in the door. Very energy efficient. I couldn't be happier with this freezer.

Replaced a Frigidaire similar sized that was only bought in Fall 2022. Much quieter - though the Frigidaire ultimately failed with v loud cracking noises - thankfully had taken out extended warranty. Thus far, really happy with size, shelving and lighting inside

It is the perfect buy with much space, temperature control, a garage fit, and mostly frost-free. You don't need to switch it off and wait many hours before taking out your frozen items.

Very quiet, keeps everything frozen. And fits a lot. Upgraded from a cheesy freezer. It’s nicer now having things able to be sorted. Only draw back is the small door shelfs. This is very quiet, seen other reviews saying it’s not but mine is. Have not heard it yet.

This freezer is exactly what we were looking for in size, looks, space and operation. It’s on our basement but we’re also glad that it’s garage ready. Loving it so far.

After a power surge, our original deep freezer decided it was done. With no rush on purchasing a replacement, I took my time and did some searching. The other big box stores also carried this freezer, but Best Buy had a quicker availability date. I pulled the trigger. I ordered it online and had like a 3-week window of purposed arrival. Within a week and a half, it showed up at the warehouse. That service was less than par, but we keep on the subject here. This thing is massive and required me to take the door off the freezer and the door to the utility room. Go big or Go home. Now the only problem we have is financially affording to fill it.

The freezer was delivered on 1/14/25. The guys had to remove the door so it could fit the 29-inch doorway down into our basement. This freezer replaced our 45-year-old GE freezer which was still running just fine, except it was not frost free, which is why we wanted to replace it. Freezer works great so far.

21 cu ft freezer holds 1/2 beef. Love the glass shelves and interior light. Liked that it is garage ready so shouldn't have any issues with extreme temps affecting performance.

This freezer is huge. This is an excellent freezer for the money. Love the frost free design with plenty of interior space. I fit ove 600# of beef in this freezer with room to spare.

Freezer is huge, very tall so be aware when you take delivery so it fits through your door way. Was going to put it in my basement, did not fit. Okay, it is in the garage now, works fine. I like the temperature display on the outside of the door. I would buy again.

Ordered as a replacement for a 14cu ft freezer that is becoming unreliable. First off this is a LARGE freezer. Both dimensional and capacity. Need to plan carefully where to put it as its really tall. That said it swallowed all the old freezer contents and looks only half filled. The temp consistency has been very stable. The fridge temp indicator on the outside (fantastic and why didnt they do that sooner) is very close to the interior thermometer we bought to ensure temps were correct. The glass shelves are TBD in value as im not sure of long term durability yet. All in all would buy this again. Great deal on this package. BB delivery was top shelf too. Thanks!!

Had to replace another freezer. Even though we have no kids at home, we need one that could hold a lot. I wanted storage in the door and drawers. I've had the freezer for about 2 months now. I'm very happy with it. I didn't pay that much attention to the height of it. It was taller than our previous freezer so the top shelf is difficult for this short gal to reach. So I'm using plastic tubs on that shelf as well as putting easy to grab stuff up there (ice cream tubs). I also have a hard time reaching into the top drawer. We're working around that. If I had to buy again, I'd buy one a little shorter but I think most people would be able to reach most areas easily. It makes a little bit of noise when running. Suction is really good. Delivery guys were great. Fast and efficient.
