Ordered the fridge to be picked up in store a week after purchase. It ended up getting here about a month and a half later, and to top it off, it came with dents. Order from somewhere else.

I’m not even sure if this thing is keeping my food cool. I’ve been meaning to call Best Buy to see what’s to be done about it but the holidays came and i have not had time. All of the parts did not come with the appliance rendering two holes in front of the doors and the refrigerator is quite noisy in my opinion. I should have spent the extra couple hundred dollars in bought the whirlpool.

So far my experience has been horrible with this product. It says garage rated 35-110. Anytime my garage gets above 80 it stops working. I have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food because of this product and nobody to reimburse me for my losses. My garage temp isn't reaching anything near 110. I keep those pops in there to see when it works. Garage is 77 and you can see they're liquid.

NOT SUBTABLE FOR GARAGES **FALSE ADVERTISING**

Don't be FOOLED like I was. Just because it says "GARAGE" doesn't mean it's going to work in cold weather. I purchased this refrigerator for my mother-in-law who lives in Wisconsin for her garage. Maybe I didn't do enough research, but once it gets to 36 degrees the freezer shuts down and stops cooling. She had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of meat and food. I find this use of "Garage" to be very misleading. I spoke to GE after the fact and said it states it in the manual. Well, who gets the manual before the purchase? So, unless you live in the South, where it never gets below 36 degrees, DO NOT BUY this refrigerator for your garage.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Had it for 3 weeks and the freezer sporadically hits 40 to 50 degrees. It can't be leveled appropriately because the back wheels are too small. Beyond frustrating after spending weeks cycling through reviews of every refrigerator before making this purchase. And I have total tech but can't do my replacement through them.

My refrigerator didn't come with the stainless steel door plug to cover where the door handle would be on the opposite side. I called Best Buy and was told to contact GE. They said they would mail it to me. A month later and still don't have it.

I’m extremely pleased with the GE 19.2 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator with Garage Ready Performance. It’s the perfect blend of reliability, efficiency, and practical design. The stainless-steel finish looks clean and modern, and it’s surprisingly resistant to fingerprints. What really stands out is the Garage Ready Performance. It handles temperature swings effortlessly, which makes it ideal for a garage, basement, or utility space. The interior layout is spacious and thoughtfully organized—there’s plenty of room for groceries, leftovers, and tall items without feeling cramped. The shelves are sturdy and easy to adjust, and the freezer cools quickly and evenly. It runs quietly, uses energy efficiently, and feels very well-built. If you’re looking for a dependable refrigerator that’s versatile enough for different environments, this GE model is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Our 9 year old garage refrigerator stopped working suddenly. It was unfortunately right after a trip to stock up at Sam's and right before my daughter's birthday party. I was livid. They just don't make them like they used to. I did quite a bit of research on this GE model of refrigerator, ordered it from my phone on my Best Buy app, and it was delivered three days later. We live in a rural area and the local appliance shop promised they could deliver one of their units if I bought it from them six weeks from next Thursday. Seriously. It was like 2 1/2 weeks out and we need a second fridge for our family of five. Best Buy for the win! The delivery drivers were awesome. They removed my old non-working unit and got us up and running. As far as the fridge goes, it's very spacious. The glass shelves are awesome. The layout is well thought out. I used the default settings and it cools directly at 37 degrees like I wanted. The freezer is spacious as well. I've had for about a month now. No issues or problems. The unit is quiet when it is running. I do remember a lot of people said it can be a bit noisy but we have not experienced this, and I'm very very sensitive to certain noises. Our old fridge was purchased and originally put in a lower level walkout. It was not specifically designed for a garage. This unit is. I'm hopeful it will last longer in the highly varying temperatures a garage in the Midwest brings. I would highly recommend!

The Refrigerator door was damage. A hole was in the right-hand side. I Believe it was put there to move the handles, but I did not request handles moved. Due to COVID19 did.not want anyone else in the house. The only reason I did not request a new refrigerator.

I got this in white to put in my small kitchen. It looks a bit retro with the rounded doors. Doors are glossy and smooth, sides are textured. Pros: quite roomy, lots of shelves and bins, quiet operation, separate temp controls for fridge and freezer, holding correct temps so far, leveling legs and rollers on bottom, no grate on bottom to remove and clean, study glass shelves, lots of space for everything, garage ready, energy star certified ($51.00 per year to run) and the cool retro vibe. Cons: vegetable bins are somewhat small and a bit flimsy; bottom shelf on door is pretty much useless as it can't be seen when standing up--it is very narrow and only way to get something is to squat down and due to its narrow depth, not many items fit); butter keeper very small. I took 1 star away for those 3 cons. Would recommend overall.

So far, so good. I have had my GE Refrigerator for about a month now, and it is working great. I love the layout - very user friendly. It is wonderful having the extra space after grocery shopping! I placed a thermometer inside both the freezer and refrigerator portions. Both are maintaining a constant temperature, even with some very hot days.

Purchased this refrigerator for enclosed patio for food and drink overflow. Really like the fridge - cold and quiet and the sale price from BB was generous. I only gave 4 stars for 2 reasons: There is no light in the freezer compartment so I have to take a flashlight with me to go through the frozen food to find what I’m looking for AND the light inside the fridge isn’t very bright (but a lot better than none at all) which again can make it difficult to find what you’re looking for. I paid for the BB delivery and take away. The delivery guys had very little to do as I had moved out the old and readied it for them to dolly away and nicely prepared the new area for the new fridge. Well my delivery fee doesn’t include removing the tape everywhere, putting the shelves in or even putting the handles on the door. I was told this would be included in a separate set up fee. Maybe I’m expecting too much but back in the day delivery meant at least pulling the tape off everywhere and most of the time installing the handle. I guess times have changed and subsequently customer service has as well. I also had a small dorm fridge that I offered cash for them to haul off as well. Couldn’t pull that off either.
