Great refrigerator for a small space. Water and ice work well and easy to clean. Designed for maximum use of space inside the freezer and frig. Had heard the refrigerator is noisy and it was at the beginning and went away. Manual said it would be noisy and then go away. Love this model for my small space

did my homework and found GE to have best repair record. So far everything is working well as advertised. Despite Best Buy not having a display model to preview, I am pleased with my choice from pictures and reviews. my space was 1/2 inch too short for the standard refridge we were replacing, so had to downsize. space is adequate for 2 of us and held up under major visit with grandchildren!

I settled on this fridge since it was the only side by side that fit the space where my old fridge was in a 20 yr old kitchen. I didn't want to move/fill upper and lower cabinetry. I am happy with it, it's been a month and no problems. The only negative is that the drawers don't slide so smoothly, perfectly straight pulls only. It is quiet and looks nice.

Bought this fridge to replace an almost identical GE fridge, this new model is much louder than the previous one. The water dispenser trickles, I would have to stand there for 5 min to get a full glass of water. The ice cubes jump out of the bin and end up in the freezer all over the place. Didn't want the ice maker, water option but I was unable to purchase a GE model that didn't have one. This new model is not the quality I expect from GE. Disappointed with this purchase! I was pigeon holed due to strict size limitations.

If you're buying this refrigerator, chances are you're like me and you're limited to a specific size and you want water in the fridge. Your choices are few and the reviews on this one are consistently good. The reviews are right except for one thing - the refrigerator door DOES NOT CLOSE when loaded. You know how you get something from the fridge and lightly throw the door close without thinking about it? For this refrigerator, you have to think about it. You must verify that the door has closed or it will stay ajar about an inch. For most refrigerators, that wouldn't be too much of an issue. For this one, it causes something in the top (inside the fridge enclosed above the top shelf) of the fridge to get VERY hot - so hot, in fact, that the internal temperature of the fridge goes up to 90+ degrees as measured by the fridge itself if left ajar overnight as ours was. It didn't occur to me to take a picture until about an hour after we had fully shut the door but even then the refrigerator temperature was 86 degrees. Our house has central air kept in the 70s so the ambient temperature was well below the internal temp of the fridge. Even with the door fully ajar, it shouldn't have gotten to 90+ degrees - melting our butter and putting our food severely at risk. There's something wrong with this fridge. Avoid it.

For its' size a very good item. Only complaint is that the water stream is too slow.

We were looking for a refrigerator that would match our dimensions that we have to work with. We are excited that we found a quality refrigerator that fit perfectly. We love the options on the front and the quality is nice.

Had very limited space and this fridge is perfect. I like that you have changeable filters and exterior cooling settings. Frozen pizzas have to go in vertical but not a big deal.

I had measured my opening and figured this would work well. Unfortunately when I got it home I realized that the freezer door would not open wide enough to get stuff in and out because of the proximity of the wall. I returned it and bought a smaller one. Best Buy customer service was excellent with the return by the way.

Product delivered 10 days after purchase. Installers refused to proceed because there was no cutoff, even though I could have turned off the water myself. Had to schedule a special install through Best Buy. They installed one week later. Refrigerator malfunctioned, so I ordered a new one. It arrived 10 days later. Again, installers didn't want to proceed because the special installation did NOT install a cutoff. I had to call the warehouse to convince them to let the installers proceed. This is poor team management.

I'm not too impressed with this fridge. It appears everything was thrown together. They're several areas with scratches/chunks. I also have a leak in my freezer right from the start, not too happy!!!

Really nice fridge and has been working really well so far

Needed to replace our original G E refrigerator after 23 years. Given that most current models are taller than would fit in our current space without remodeling, we did some research on line and narrowed our choices regarding size and desired amenities. We found what we were looking for at a fair price at Best Buy. Delivery and installation were accomplished with efficiency including water hookup for the ice maker.

Some reviews indicated noisy operation but has not been an issue. Easy to operate.

This ref will be in good use for many years, like it!

Great refrigerator at least now I have an ice maker that works. Great delivery man was real careful and everything to make you happy.
