The refrigerator itself is a solid basic refrigerator - installation was a problem. Best Buy delivered but wouldn’t switch the handle or the opening to the other side. Instead, I had to schedule a separate service appointment to switch the hinges….costing me an additional $70! Then, when they came to do that, they didn’t put the handles on! What? I figured that out and installed the handles myself. Annoying.

Nice frig! I wish there were more shelving options to creat more options for tall bottles and other tall items.

Pleased with purchase. Had a minor issue with icicles forming in the freezer apparently due to a minor air leak which was taken care of by a pleasant and knowledgeable GE technician.

Works great, fits exactly what we needed in a small space.

So far I like this refrigerator however there's no light in the freezer and I didn't realize until few days later. I would appreciate that the salesman should be up front with the customer.

Purchased this to use in the garage. It has been everything I'd hoped for as it really does a great job at cooling/freezing food and drinks. Would highly recommend for use in a non-climate controlled environment.

Works well. Too bad whoever installed the doors did not take off the protective plastic film. Now it's very difficult to remove.

Delivery was a disaster, left plastic in some spots on refrigerator, left tape and stickers inside they rushed, i will think twice about buying another item fro best buy, i left several emails to the salesman and he never responded to me, and he tol me that if i had issues to email him what a joke!

Best Buy have the best products and service. The people who they are contracted to deliver the products are very careful and pleasant

I purchased this refrigerator a couple of months ago. We just had a storm related power outage that lasted 29 hours. We didn't open either the fridge or freezer sections during that time. We checked everything once power was restored and didn't have to throw anything away! Inside temp for the fridge section was still within the acceptable range. Everything was still frozen solid in the freezer except for the ice cubes and one tub of ice cream that were slightly melted. Still good, though. Very impressed!!

Delevery was fast as promised. The crew was great moving this heavy item into place and had already installed all parts (shelves and door handles). My wife and I thought they were very friendly in answering any questions we had. Thanks guys!

Great fridge for our needs. We had some issues with delivery but they were resolved and made right by Best Buy so overall pleased with purchase and delivery!

The guys that installed the refrigerator were helpful and friendly. They had to come back the next day because they didn't have time to take it off the door.

I love my refrigerator so much. It has alot of room in the fridge and particularly the freezer. I searched many sites and this was the best choice overall. I'm very happy.

It's pretty loud when the motor start working and the bottom part takes forever to cool other than that the fridge is pretty nice.

Like the product. Received it 3 months late after multiple calls and online requests.
