I bought mine "open box" so the price was great however it was supposed to be cleaned prior to delivery and was not. Inside was filthy upon delivery. Unit cooled down very quickly, 6-8 hours.

I dont like the glass shelves and i would prefer a different setup to put the shelves at the heights i like not the pre set places they give . It would be more usefull

I just wish it was a little taller I have to bend down more than usual even with reorganizing the shelves to get things in and out of it. Other than that is beautiful.

Got delivered in 4 days (a miracle in this pandemic). Delivery was seamless. The delivery men reversed the doors, wiped down the outside, cleaned up the packing material and hauled away the old freezer. Plugged it in and it got up to temperature in about 2-3 hours. The LED lighting is so bright and the sliding middle storage bin is a big plus.
