The only reason it got the 4 star instead of 5 was due to the lack of smudge resistance. My little boys hand prints are all over this thing and I need to clean it daily. Otherwise it works great

Quick service delivery. Works perfectly well. Only issue is with the doors. Can't slam them shut or they will reopen in you.

I just love my new refrigerator, it's nice and deep so I can fit a lot more food in the refrigerator part and the freezer also I bought the stainless color so rich looking.I recommend this to anyone looking for these things in a refrigerator.

We purchases this to replace our old garage refrigerator. So far we are very happy with the purchase. It was a bit smaller than the one it replaced, but moving to a top freezer from a bottom bin has made a big difference. The shelves are useful as well.

Excellent fridge! Bought it to replace a 47 year old Hotpoint in our basement. This GE was on sale for $899….great deal. PSEG took away my old one for $100 rebate. More energy efficient and very happy so far.

This refrigerator has what I was looking for, its energy efficient, has the glass shelves for easy wipe up & climate control. The freezer has plenty of space even with ice bin. The only thing I wish it had was the sliding shelves.

Tried to level the fridge but the Front leveling legs can’t be loosened

This is a great refrigerator for people who appreciate a basic refrigerator without all the bells and whistles. Roomy inside and the slate color looks awesome.

Freezer stopper working in little over two months.

Horrible design. Nothing is easily accessible and its way too close to the ground. As a total tech member I have never been more disappointed in the service as well. They arrived 4 hours early and refused to pick up our old refrigerator which is still sitting here. Our ice maker was on delay order and they refused to disconnect it and the freezer takes 24hrs to freeze our ice trays.

Had to order 3 plugs from GE directly as non came with unit. Also, needed to order additional service visit as the first team declined to change the door swing direction.

Very happy with my purchase. Wanted a nice simple efficient refrigerator. The guys who installed it were on point. Knowledgable, polite and fast.

Great Refrigerator I would give it five stars but it’s a little too wide for what I needed so I had to takeoff my baseboard.

Freezer is loaded with frost, and I can't get a response from Best Buy or from the manufacturer, even though I bought the tech plan coverage. I even drove all the way to the store to get help with my problem, but struck out. Let the buyer beware.

Poor inside lighting. Door continues to swing open until it hits the wall. Hap to purchase ice maker extra.

It’s a garage fridge. Fridge cools by beer to the perfect taste. Ironically, the freezer freezes stuff like popsicles and ice cream. We keep the goodies here. Four stars because it was shipped with dents and the process to chase after them for gift card or door replacement is too cumbersome to complete. Delivery drivers should document and handle that process for you. Best Buy should improve this part of the process.
