He was immediately agitated when they arrived and he discovered that the installation was upstairs. He was then very defensive and borderline hostile when I pointed out the end that 3 of my steps had been scuffed up when they were bringing it upstairs. He was very defensive and rude. His partner was very professional and agreeable and tried to compensate for his coworkers unprofessionalism.
