Stays cool even outside temperature goes over 105. Even though this is garage ready I was a little worried because the temperature was extremely hot. Storage was adequate and I could switch door handles easily. I'll have to see how long it'll run without problems but it's running good so far.

We bought this as a garage fridge when we were stocking up for the pandemic panic. It is a standard fridge with no real frills. It operates quietly and keeps a steady, acceptable temp with the settings right down the middle.
Two complaints: (1) The blueish shrink wrap that protects the doors is a true pain to completely remove. We still haven't gotten ALL of it off. (2) There are holes in the doors on either side, which are there in the event you want to reverse the swing on the door. They provided a "GE" emblem to cover the top hole, but they provided nothing to cover up the small, lower hole. It bothers me every time I look at it. I tried to contact Best Buy when we originally received the fridge, but due to the GLOBAL PANIC, there was no getting through to anyone who could solve the problem of the missing part. I recognized that there were bigger issues in their world to be solved (probably crazy demand for deliveries), so I blew it off. However, if this was inside my kitchen, I would have a bigger problem with it.

This fridge fit my kitchen perfectly. It's quiet and spacious. Surprised that i can fit two 2 litter bottles on the fridge door. Also it's energy efficient. Had this fridge close to a month now and noticed that my electric bill went down. Had an outdated fridge so this is definitely a perk.

I love my new refrigerator! I saw where other people complained about noise but I don't think it's loud at all! And I had great service at the Best Buy store. From the guy who greeted me when we arrived to the salesman who assisted in the purchase of the fridge. The price wasn't bad either.

I’ve had the fridge for over a year now. Works great! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish it had a longer cord. Garage fridges may not have the most convenient outlet location.

I’ve had this refrigerator a couple weeks. It has lots of room. I like the look of it in my kitchen.
I have noticed more even refrigeration in my food. I was impressed with the delivery by Best Buy.

Missing the emblems that should cover door handle holes. This may be an issue with the delivery/set up company, as they assembled before arrival, putting the handles on the wrong side. Great fridge, I will never use their installation services again
While we’re glad you’re happy overall with your refrigerator, we know any difficulty with installation or missing emblems must be concerning. If you’d like to share your feedback regarding the delivery and installation experience with Best Buy, their customer service can be reached at 1 (888) 237-8289. If there’s still an issue with the handles, we have information on installing those on page 14 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product’s page. If the missing emblem you’re referring to is the chrome badge, that is part number WR02X35066. If you’d like to reach out to our Parts department about getting that, they can be reached at 1-877-959-8688. You’re also welcome to reach out to us with a private message over our GE Appliances social media (such as Facebook or Instagram) if you're unsure what parts are missing or have any other issues; we’re always happy to offer assistance. -Sarah@GEAppliances

The refrigerator performance is good, however, haven’t experienced the hot summer months performance yet. Plenty of room and the looks are fine out in the garage. The reason I rated it down a couple stars is because the magnetic strips that hold the freezer door closed seem very weak. Several times I have let the refrigerator door closed on its own and it has popped the freezer door open. Three times I have come back to the garage to notice the freezer door open and the contents starting to defrost. I was thinking of returning the unit, but for now trying to be more vigilant about closing the refrigerator door softer.
We're glad you reached out as it is not unusual on a two-door refrigerator like yours for one door to pop open when the other door is being closed. The refrigerator and freezer sections are connected by air channels to allow air to pass between them. Slamming or vigorously pushing a door shut forces air from one cavity into the other, often pushing the second door open. The following suggestions may help prevent this from happening. Level the refrigerator so the front is slightly higher than the back. Check to be sure the door gasket is sealing properly. Consider wiping down the door gasket with a baking soda and water solution especially on the hinge side and then rub a small amount of petroleum jelly or paraffin wax along the gasket. Keeping the gaskets clean and lubricated prevents them from dragging and restricting door closure. Finally, consider placing heavier items in the freezer door compartments to provide some ballast (weight). -Vikki@GEAppliances

I love this fridge. It didn’t look any bigger than my old one but man, is there tons of room. Price was great and it works amazing. Delivery guys were super awesome as well.

We had to replace the refrigerator and the space was small. Finding a smaller refrigerator that looked nice too was hard. Most refrigerators of this size are considered garage refrigerators. However this refrigerator not only looks good but is bigger inside than it looks. We are pleased with our purchase.
