The specs indicate a spend of $50-$60 per year. The refrigerator is reasonably silent though the garage location makes the noise irrelevant. The door shelves are deep enough to store our milk bottles and extra beer and groceries to augment us for the week. Best Buy was very prompt in scheduling delivery and kept its delivery promise. The only snag is that the delivery truck was not loaded in the reverse order of unloading and the crew had to jockey several appliances back and forth before they were able to retrieve our refrigerator from the front part of the truck. The price was reasonable and was good value for money. The rest of our appliances are also GE and we trust the brand.

It was well-rated online, and we have not had any problems with its cooling performance. However, it was slightly loud upon installation, and 2.5 years into service it is so loud you can hear it from far away. Putting in a service call might not even be worth it given the price. Bummed out on this purchase.
