I bought my last refrigerator from Best Buy. When it died, I went to your Hurst store & looked at replacements. I selected about three that met my measurements. I asked a friend where he would go if he needed a refrigerator. He told me Lowe's. My niece went there & looked. I stopped at a Lowe's while waiting for my niece to meet me at Best Buy. We meet. I showed her what choices I had made. The employees were processing the sell, when it turned out that NONE of the refrigerators could be delivered until NEXT YEAR!! Being frustrated with being without a refrigerator, I asked the salesman what could I get delivered in the new 2 days. He went online & found the refrigerator I ended up getting. It cost me more than $400 than the ones I had been looking at in the store. I was told that the floor models couldn't be so. In my frustration to replace my comfort, I spent more money than I walked in planning to spend. I spent more than the refrigerators I saw at Lowe's, which all stated next day delivery. Then it took three attempts of delivery. A dent in the door. A bigger dent the 2nd time. The 3rd time the delivery guys just switched out the doors. I will never buy an appliance from your company again.

Refrigerator is roomy, freezer shelf can be adjusted in level height. And the one drawer on top shelf in fridge can move to either sides, left, right or middle if needed for next shelf for bigger items.

One month of use and very pleased overall. Very spacious freezer and durable shelving. The refrigerator produce drawers are very low to the floor and it takes some getting used to compared to our old refrigerator. The stainless steel finish is beautiful and pleased with the deep dark gray colored sides (nearly black). Shelving is sturdy and easy to clean. Extremely quiet motor. Did not include egg, butter, or ice trays/holders. It is a nice looking appliance that fits nicely in the limited height space area in our kitchen.

Easy access and meets needs for second refrigerator

Glass freezer shelf was stuck. When ice maker was installed the tech said not to worry about it as it was in the right place. Two weeks later the glass shelf exploded. GE sent a new shelf but it wouldn't slide in. GE had a tech come out and he found that the right side of the freezer was bulged in. GE is replacing the frige and icemaker .

I bought this refrigerator instead of the LG 200 less because the salesperson Anthony G told me it came with an icemaker. My wife and myself really liked Anthony and I think he was telling the truth but when it was delivered it had no icemaker. I called customer service and was told Anthony would call us! Almost 2 weeks later we have not heard from anyone from Best Buy! This is the second major problem I have had with Best Buy and I pay for the special total care membership. This May be my last year!

Great garage ready fridge, highly recommend to other customers.

This is an additional refrigertor for our family and this refrigertor runs too much and is loud. It runs more than our LG refrigertor. I should have returned for another refrigerator.

The rack could have been arranged better! It's either to low or too high.

I didn't realize they made a refrigerator that was designed for the garage. It is much different configuration so it is taking some time getting used to it. You have to be careful when you open the drawers to make sure you don't knock over a taller item. Doors don't seem to stay closed as easy as our last twenty year old refrigerator. We are having a hard time regulating the temperature.

got at a great price on thanksgiving. delivered in 2 days but the bottom shelf on the door was cracked! wasn't labeled as a blem. maybe they just didn't inspect it as well as they should have? Contacted best buy & got the replacement shelf 1/6... that's over a month so a couple of stars dropped for that.

I love it. It has the room and shelf line-up I was used to in my old refrigerator, and it keeps everything at the right cold temperature. It is easy to clean, and I like the stainless-steel surface, The installation went without a hitch with Jose and Emerson working very effectively as a team. Really enjoying my new GE refrigerator!

Excellent service. An item was not available in my local BB so I ordered on phone. It was very easy and smooth ordering process. The payment process was very secure too.

The crew did a good job on the delivery. Could have done a little better job on removing the plastic wrap.

I was so excited to get my fridge and for the movers to haul away my old fridge, but that happiness went away when the movers charged me an extra $40(CASH)to bring my fridge in because it required a little lifting over the steps and then they didn't haul away the old fridge.....really disappointed with that but my fridge is working great

freezer holds both a ham and a 14 pound turkey with room to spare for lots more. Looks great in the space. Could be a little quieter but not really a problem. Price was great, I had been looking for a long time for a replacement of equivalent interior space and exterior dimensions and this was perfect!
