This fridge is working as expected and the installation and delivery was done perfectly

Just what we needed. To bad we had to wait 5.5 months for delivery .

This is the best refrigerator I have owned, and I am 75. The no finger print doors are stunning and very practical. The water and ice dispenser in the door is perfect in every way. The design prevents it from getting dirty. Temperature in both freezer and refrigerator is constant and very well distributed. My sliced ham and turkey keeps as long as in a SubZero I owned some years back. Totally silent to the point initially I wondered if it had furned off. The lighting is just right. My only minus points are the freezer needs another shelf. And the water from the dispenser is not very cold. So I just add ice from the great ice dispenser. Can’t go wrong with this beauty, and it is essentially same as the Profile 23.3 sf for hundreds more.

Excellent product if you're looking for a mid-size unit. Fresh food side is adequately sized but freezer side is a bit small but workable. If you are looking for a mid-size unit, there's probably nothing better.

It keeps your food cold and freezer items frozen but it is too narrow inside. I can't fit a pizza box inside. Also, the water dispenser is very slow to the point that I would rather buy bottled water than use it. :( What attracted me to it was that the door shelves both in the refrigerator and in the freezer are adjustable, but they are too small to use properly. I am seriously considering buying a different one and selling this / or donating this one.

this fridge fit into the odd-sized opening in my parent's kitchen.. we love everything, the configuration of shelves and drawers and door storage is all very comfortable to use. if there was one thing that they could improve on it would be that the transition between ice and water could be a bit more smooth, but that may solve itself as we get more practiced at using it. the four guys who came to install it did an excellent job and were very professional and polite. i am very pleased!

The fridge works as intended and was a big upgrade from our previous fridge.

In general, it is good. However, two sides of refrigerator (location which put bottles) is very narrow.

The fridge would be fine but it had a faulty compressor so I had to return. The fridge part was large but the freezer shelves on the door were tiny and not big enough for anything. Easy to clean.

Love the ability to place shelves where I want them as well as the water filter gauge and ability to choose cubed/crushed ice---this fridge is replacing one I had since last century--purchased in 1999--so I am pleased with its sleek appearance and abilities---thanks!!

We really prefer the French Door design but all of the models available were too wide to fit into our space, so we settled for this side-by-side model.

Not enough shelves. I feel there are gaps where more shelves could be utilized

this refrigerator was purchased July 5 2024. I know it was a special order due to my space limitations. When it was finally delivered in October it was scratched by the installers. A replacement had to be ordered and was finally delivered in December. The bottom shelf of the freezer is not the same as was pictured on the Best Buy website. I contacted GE and was told the model had changed and they didn't do it that way any longer. I spent 5K on a kitchen worth of appliances and the communication in the entire process was terrible. No one knew what was going on. I doubt I will ever purchase from Best Buy again

Has a loud motor sound which concerns me waiting for replacement.

Love this refridgerator. The only thing I would change would be to make the freezer side the same width as the other side.

So satisfied. Always purchased GE refrigerators. Definitely recondmend this refrigerator.

This fridge seems to work well so far, however I do not like the appearance of the black sides.
