Love.the fridge, came on time, got it in the house, but didn't fit in kitchen. Had to leave in living room and get trim off doors. Then they came back 3 days later and installed it in the kitchen.

Solid frig, wish the description was more clear about the space needed next to a wall to allow you to open a door all the way. Love the freezer space.

Refrigerator is beautiful. Love the SLATE color and the no fingerprint surface. Even with no kids it's maintenance free. (Haven't tested it out on my 4 grandkids. Lol )

I love the look and most importantly the room this fridge has! I also love the “in the door” water dispenser. The only downfall is that the freezer keeps making frost which makes it hard to slide the top shelf in the freezer.

We are happy so far with our new refrigerator. The black color is perfect and it is easy to clean. The size is excellent for our small family. My teens don't love the way the water is dispensed, but I think it is fine.

First I have to say Best Buy’s customer service was AMAZING!! Every step of the way from purchasing to installing well done Best Buy! This fridge is everything I had hoped for and more. There is so much space, loving the bottom freezer and ice maker. At first my kids didn’t love the inside water dispenser, but they quickly made friends with it and love it now! I would highly recommend this! And I highly recommend Best Buy!

Bought this in 2018. Finally replaced other appliances that match it. Kitchen looks great.

Just got it installed today by a couple of Geek Squad guys. They were courteous and careful. Just one observation so far: The extra MWX filter I ordered obviously will not work in the refrigerator that I received. Checking further, I noticed that the refrigerator's model number has two more letters than the one that I ordered and requires either a MWFP or XWFE filter. Otherwise, I see nothing else different. I set it out far enough so that the right door stop prevents the door from hitting the wall corner.

We have a lot space in both sides, the best part is save energy for the efficience and the price is not bad

I like the functionality of this refrigerator. It has a lot of room. It does hum pretty loud, and the bottom freezer door squeaks when opened and shut. Also the refrigerator doors hang uneven.

The spacing between shelves is appropriate for many household items. The freezer below is wonderful and deep. Allows me to vertically stack my foods.

Absolutely love the French door style! Everything is very easy to get to.. love the area the ice maker is in... looks beautiful in my kitchen!!

Easy to clean, lots of room , adjustable shelf , freezer has lots of drawers and all of the meat and vegetables are easy to find.

The fridge is perfect besides my order not being complete so I am missing the two smaller bins on each door. As you can see in the picture, they weren't included.

Average. I like the style. The water dispenser is a little annoying. It’s on the inside of the fridge and you need both hands to get water (one to push the button and the other to hold the glass).

First off, I would like to thank our customer service young man. The type and size we really wanted was not available because of size restraints in our kitchen. He spent time searching for a bottom freezer and two door refrigerator that would work for us and found one. We were so pleased with the refrigerator he found and the reasonable price. The delivery service and set up and removal of our old fridge was on time and efficient. The refrigerator and running quietly along with the internal ice maker. We attached the plastic containers to the inside of the doors and loaded them up. However, we found later as we were removing an item from one of them that we had not installed one properly and it fell to the floor and hit the container below causing it to fall also. Yikes! We called Customer Service and a nice gentlemen came to our home the next day, ordered new containers for us and they arrived the day after he was at our home (no cost to us)! The refrigerator is wonderful; keeps things at the proper temperature. I've noticed that our produce stays fresh for much longer and I can keep items much more organized. The ice maker makes plentiful and nicely sized cubes. I'm not overly thrilled with the internal water dispenser, however, the water is properly chilled and is filtered so it tastes refreshing. I forgot to mention that the stainless steel is finger print resistant. Love that! I would highly recommend this appliance to anyone. It is very roomy, quiet, has a well lighted interior, and most of all keeps the temperature perfectly.

I was having issue after issue with my Samsung French door. The last straw was when the back panel froze again! After learning from several repairman that it's a known and common issue with Samsung refrigerators I knew that would be my last purchase from them In the appliances category. After much research I kept coming back to the GE French door and couldn't be happier. It cools beautifully, in fact it was at proper temperature within the first 20 minutes after set up. Also, by choosing this model where the water is available inside the door, you don't lose storage space inside, which is fantastic. The water & ice also taste terrific. Finally, am loving the slate color bc it looks great in the kitchen and cuts down on the smudge fest from having a stainless exterior. Highly recommended for a great looking, and spacious option.

Ive had this for about a month now. So far, so good. No issues encountered at all. The water dispenser is strange but works just fine. The ice maker is working well. I wish the shelves slid out but they are fine. The door storage is great. I would recommend this especially if you have a smaller space like I do.
