I ordered this Dishwasher to replace my old dishwasher. It was installed after about a week of deliver. We get a chance to use it after another week. Water started leaking. At second use it was leaking more . Called Bestbuy and I was told it is not in return period so call GE support.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.poor quality, only has one arm on bottom, doesn't get all the dishes clean or let them dry very well. $400 purchase, waited three weeks for it and very disappointed. also it didn't come with a insulated wrap like all others do, doesn't hold the heat in very well, its not digital, not a single light on it to let you see the cycle, of course after you install it, its yours.

My plumber said it looked like an old machine. If you buy it, please get the extended warranty. Also, to clean the filter in this machine, you have to unscrew it in the back inside of the tub. Very inconvenient.

It's not what we would expect to happen and we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused you. For the best wash performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid.
