Missing parts to the trays...more of an installer problem then GE, but glass smashed all over. But the reason for the one star, is the seal on the door was installed wrong, leaked all over, and on top of it does not actually clean dishes. (if that is an important factor for you). And is extremely noisy. Go with Bosch if you have a choice.
