The delivery was not so great as they just dropped it off in the box and left. It took a day or two to get it installed and upon doing so noticed that the door was dented. May I suggest the delivery person personally inspect the product before just getting a signature and leaving.

Our dishwasher overheated and melted part of our dry wall. It made it almost impossible to remove. If Justin didn’t keep trying, we still won’t have a working dishwasher today. It had been broken for 2 months, and we were desperate...We are very grateful to Justin!

Good Price Value But a Few Lower Rack Annoyances

It looks great in our kitchen and seems to do a good job washing the dishes. However, the lower rack is oddly configured and doesn't hold as many dishes as our previous one. The rack also routinely slips off its guide when moving it in or out, which gets extremely annoying. I would rate it a good price value for a "basic" dishwasher model.

In fact, it’s the WORST dishwasher In over 50 years that I have owned. I bought it sight unseen from the young man working in that department. You guys did not have the one I really wanted and said it could take months to get. I was showed the ratings or reviews and it had like a four and half star. I have no idea who’s gave these ratings but this dishwasher is worth about $100.00 tops. Personally, I would not give you that for it. I paid over $500 and it’s so cheap. I told my husband I hated it as it’s such crappy quality, but since it was installed and the box was thrown out he would not take it back. I have never been more disappointed, I am beyond angry and if I still can take it back I would. Please let me know as I hate this and would never ever recommend this to anyone.

If this clunking is happening rhythmically, something inside is most likely hitting the spray arms as it rotates. The employees are great. This does seem to happen often. The employees working there even stated that I should purchase them from a store that stocked inventory. I appreciate the honesty and will take them up on it.

Flimsy and cheap

Frame is cheap and needs to be firmly wedged in or it will bend. Door is very flimsy and the handle cracked after moderate usage. Gasket around the door actually fell off! Machine also struggles to clean tall glassware. You can do better in this price range.

The tenant had a problem with the control panel under warranty. It was easy to make a claim for repair and GE fixed it at no cost. It works good now I'm told.
