If you don't run the dryer the dishes never dry on there own. Plan to use more energy or dry by hand. Wash cycles seem longer than my last dishwasher, but it does the basic job and is fairly quiet.

Posted .Hello, thank you for your review. We hate to hear that your dishwasher's rack is beginning to rust due to the coating coming off and that you have been pleased with the drying function. It's not what we would expect to happen and we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused you. For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit when it enters the tub. Also, check that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid. Additionally, if you are in need of any additional assistance regarding your dishwasher's rusting rack, please don't hesitate to reach out to us on social media as we are always here to help. What a Disappointment!

The tray keeps rolling off the track. Should i get a replacement or are they all this bad?

It was just as bad as the Florida sun in the middle of July. Went to BestBuy to get some games for my son and BOOM, took one good look at this GE Dishwasher and took it with me the same day! UPGRADE YOUR APPLICANES!
