Worse than my previous one in every single item. Does not dry well, does not wash well, and is My fault I was in a hurry and picked and item with the fastest delivery, but I am not happy with my purchase.

To improve the washing and drying performance, make sure that the incoming water temperature is at least 120 degrees F. We suggest running the hot water faucet at the kitchen sink before starting the unit. Bought in June 3, 2021….died on June 5,2022. They don’t make them like they used to.

Broken in less than 2 years

The dishwasher is not working in less than 2 years. The start light is blinking all the time and it is not draining the water. Have no idea what is the problem.
We know your dishwasher not working as expected must be concerning, and we want to assist. If the Start light is flashing, this would generally indicate the door was opened or the cycle was interrupted. You can press the Start pad once and close the door within 4 seconds to start the unit, and press and hold it for 3 seconds while the dishwasher is running if you wish to cancel the cycle. If you’re not able to stop the flashing, you may want to try disconnecting the dishwasher from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets the electrical components and can often resolve an issue. For a draining issue, you may want to make sure the drain and air gap are not clogged. Troubleshooting tips with more information on addressing potential issues are available starting on page 19 of the manual; that can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. If you’re not able to resolve this situation and think service may be needed, that department can be reached at 833-426-3393. First one installed had a leak. The replacement is working well.

It didn’t work. Dishes and inside of machine was wet after a completed cycle. Had to be returned. I was unable to see item in the store, they did not have it available.
We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with your new dishwasher. This model does have the Dry Boost feature that will get your dishes 7xs drier. We recommend always turning your hot water on first so the first fill will be nice and hot. Also using a rinse agent is really important. We hope that we can earn back your business in the future.

Waiting for installer and kit to arrive!

I will review this dishwasher and hopefully give 5 stars after the kit arrives and it is in working order. The delivery guy said he wasn't there to install and also didn't have the install kit. Called BB and couldn't get an answer to all on the phone.

No too good. We bought this 7 months ago but since we don’t use very often (like 2/3 times a month, because I like to wash my dish) and now it’s not working anymore. It not drain the water anymore

I have had for less than 4 months and it's already broken. The best buy tech has refused to come out and to fix the issue, so now I'm stuck with a broken dishwasher. Best Buy is also not helping to resolve the issue.

Horrible experience. The product was delivered used and repacked in a water weathered box. Water inside unit abs missing parts. I traveled across the country to install at my moms house as an Xmas gift. She’s 95 thanks Best Buy……
