Door opens to slightly above ankle height, which could be a problem for seniors or people with back problems with loading and unloading dishes. Lower tray comes off its tracks several times, wheel came off initially, both which can be reset. Smaller capacity than expected, with family of 4. Didn't seem to wash silverware thoroughly- found residue that came off easily by a quick rub and water. Dark interior plastic, and plastic smell is still ongoing after several washes. Soap dispenser seams cheap. Does the job.

The bottom rack flops all over the place. The roller wheels come off, doesn't clean or dry, LOUD. Flooded, ruined floor. No support from GE or their insurance.

Terrible Service

First appointment was cancelled but no one told me so I took time off of work and waited. @nd attempt item arrived damaged. I as told someone from management would contact me....I am still waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM BB!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed in the GDF535PGRWW dishwasher that I purchased last November , 2021. I was very happy with everything but a week ago it just started giving me trouble. It only runs on one hour cycle and the start light keeps going on and off and doesn’t stop. It took me awhile to even get it to start even on that one cycle. I will see what happens the next time I need to do a dishwasher but it looks like I need to have it repaired. A little over a year and it should not be broken. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this at all.
