We purchased this model cause we have small children and didn't want true stainless steel for the fact of cleaning it all the time. We have the Whirlpool refridge that is Satena finish and needed a dishwasher to go with it. Whirlpool does not make a satena finish dishwasher to match. This one goes very well. The insulation that comes with this dishwasher is very chincy (almost nothing). We actually reused the insulation from our old KitchAid dishwasher on this one to help block out the noise. It's very quiet!
