    Purchased from Best Buy on 7/23/2018. Dishwasher worked well for a few months, then my wife noticed the pods were not dissolving. I contacted Best Buy and they said I needed to reach out to GE. So I did, GE sent a technician and they said nothing was wrong after a computer diagnosis. Technician said I need to run my hot water for a period before each wash. I thought that was ridiculous, had many dishwashers all my life and never had to do that. Nonetheless we did what was directed, extended the wash and pods still not dissolving.
