However, even though I use the high temp drying option with the liquid drying enhancer the dishes are not completely dry at the end. My previous dw the dishes were hot to the touch and completely dry.

It is very quiet and has a larger interior capacity. By holding a bigger load, we don't have to turn on the dishwasher as often. Installers did a great job of fitting the dishwasher in place and hooking it up.

It came with our newly built house with the Gourmet Kitchen option. It does not wash. It does not dry. We have had GE service out to look at it. He hooked up his fancy laptop interface which reported that all was well with the unit - Incoming water temperature and pressure were good, heating element was working up to temperature, vent was not blocked, and water hardness was in spec. Left us with the usual nonsense advice to run the hot water before starting the dishwasher and turn up the hot water heater - even though everything tested in spec. The dishes do not come clean. Not just a film, but food still stuck on. The heated dry cycle does not dry anything. All dishes and racks are dripping wet - not just the plastic. This thing is a worthless piece of junk. After 7 months we're trading it for a Kitchen Aid.
