I tried two of these dishwashers. The first was delivered and installed by Best Buy. It looked nice and was very quiet. The problem is that it 1.) had detergent running down the inside of the door after a full wash cycle was complete 2.) had standing water inside the washer after a full cycle 3.) did not clean the dishes after a full cycle. I figured I had bad luck and it was a lemon. There's no way a dishwasher at this price point would have 2 bad units right? Wrong. The second washer (replacement for the first) was again delivered and installed by Best Buy. This one drains and there is no detergent running down the doors but the dishes are not one bit clean.... I would steer clear of this model as it clearly has problems.

We were looking for a quality dishwasher that was quiet, stainless inside door and outside, with three trays. We love this one with adjustable middle rack and slim third rack is perfect for long spoons and knives. It's also very quiet and the heated function ensure dishes are completely dry every time.

I bought this because of the third rack and the cleanable food trap. So far I've had only minimal problems with remaining food particles ( I think this is a problem I will never be free of 100% ) and I'm very happy over all. Oh! It is supposed to run quietly but it has weird frequencies in its cycle that disturb us. They are so annoying that we only run the machine at night, or when I'm leaving the house for the day, but the feature to be able to delay the start makes that very easy.

The appliance works well. Does a great job on the dishes!
