Less than one month of use, heating element broke already, tried calling to setup service, automated phone app kept hanging up, finally got through and needed me to dig out manual with serial number even though i registered product with GE after purchase. Disappointing that dishwasher broke so quickly, even more disappointing GE gives run around and cant find there owner customer info that they suggested to register for exactly this reason.

This is a 51 dBa dishwasher. When we first got it 18 months ago, it was so quiet I could not hear it running. Although it was very quiet at the beginning, it is seeming to be a little noisier than it first was in the beginning so this is why I am giving only 4 instead of 5 stars and it is only a mid grade dishwasher. It does wash the dishes very clean. I like the sanitizer and the steam cycles. Overall, this is a good dishwasher for the price.

Has all the bells and whistles. Controls are easy to use. Cleans great and is quiet.

I really like my new dishwasher. The stainless steel front goes well with all the other appliances in the kitchen, I have a nice look and very clean dishes for a nice price.

with drying on- some of the silverware still has water on them when finished. Otherwise love

We purchased all GE appliances and this was a great value. Looks great, fairly easy to install, and so far no complaints. The buttons are on top, so takes some getting used to.

Unit is quiet, the trays can be configured for different size plates.. Goo for the money.

I purchased this for my home when I moved in 2015. I was able to install it myself without difficulty. I run this 1-2 times per week and it is still quiet. It cleans the dishes, even the ones I don't rinse out so well without issue. I would recommend this unit.

The dishwasher was an open box and there are minimal scratches and all parts were included. The prrice and looks are amazing. So far is it still works after 2 months!

I'm very disappointed! I replaced the dishwasher I had, that still somewhat worked, with this one that does not work. The arms don't spin or shoot water out but the top arm just drips water out overtop of the dishes and sizzles on the heating element. It doesn't wash the dish detergent out of the door so it runs down and crusts up over the utensils. The dishes come back out dirty and greasy. I was excited to get this dishwasher because I used one elsewhere and it cleaned like a champ but this one does not! I paid $400 for a dishwasher that doesn't wash dishes along with the fee for installation! Not happy!!

Owned this dishwasher for 5 days. Loaded the upper rack and returned it to the clean position. Heard something drop and found the upper spray arm sitting in the lower basket.

Very happy with my new dish washer. Lots of room for everything and dishes come out sparkling clean.

Dishes and pans are always clean and free of debris. Accommodates large items.

I like the fact that you have 4 cleaning options with this unit. Sometimes I just want to wash a small load of dishes that are not especially dirty and this unit offers that option. I've had it 8 months and I'm very happy with it.
