Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dishwaser is "Americans with Disabilities Act" compliant which means the inside is really small so someone in a wheelchair can reach everything. No one at BB told us this was ADA-compliant when we bought it so we assumed it was normal size (bought from the catalog--nothing on the floor to look at)--don't know why it was recommended to us (or we weren't warned it's ADA compliant) except it "matches" the finish of the rest of the kitchen appliances. Top rack is so high that even normal-sized tea glasses won't fit--have to go on bottom rack. For anything other than squatty glasses and small bowls, the top rack is not really an option. Also, the "normal" cycle is 140(!) minutes. The diswasher it replaced was only 90 minutes and it got everything clean (but it wouldn't match the new appliances, so...) Needless to say, not happy. In retrospect it was our fault as it mentions it is ADA compliant but IT IS NEAR THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE PAGE AFTER LOTS OF SCROLLING! And since we bought all the applianes on Black Friday last year because the prices were so good but then it took our contractor a year to finish the reno, figure we're pretty much out of luck. Grrrrr.
