After 10 years we had to replace this particular appliance... We wanted to match the other appliances. The good news is this one is much improved from the one purchased in 2014. Lighting, shelving and freezer. Quiet compared to the last one.

Good fridge but the ‘closed door’ freezer sensor stopped working after a year. The sensor malfunction prevented the water/ice dispenser from working. Ended up getting the refrigerator replaced under warranty.

This unit is a replacement for my GE Profile II refrigerator which quit cooling after 16 years. Love this new one, brighter lights in the interior, uses latest water filter which claims to be 99% effective against PFAs. Like having all pertinent info on front of the refrigerator by ice and water dispenser. 5 Stars!

Works well, interior lighting is very bright, external slate finish is nice and look good.

Haven't had the refrigerator long enough to adequately evaluate it, but so far no problems. Compared to our previous refrigerator, a Samsung, the GE unit's icemaker has given no problems and in fact it produces ice faster and with larger cubes. The unit has more than enough refrigerator and freezer space to meet our needs.

The doors do not close on their own they have to be pushed up the water to ice machine is loud. I hate the side is black I ordered slate only the doors are slate. The first week or so I had to throw out some items due to them not being cold enough set on factory suggested temps. The drawers are cheap and thin compared to my older model. The door storage bins are very narrow the ones in the freezer barely hold anything. I regret ordering online wish I would’ve shopped in store

Refrigerator was a rush purchase to replace a 5+ year old LG that if repaired would be for the 3rd icemaker and 2nd compressor with an unknown time frame for repair. Husband and I extremely happy with selection. Icemaker works better than the LG - faster and quieter. Configuration space for refrigerator items is taller which is better for the items on hand and the 3rd drawer (deli - vegatable - fruits) has better utilization. Delivery service and setup was excellent.

Love my new fridge! Simple and clean looking. Freezer on side makes it much easier to access frozen food. Installing the shelves was a little difficult but once you get the hang of it it went quickly. GE is made in America which was my major decision maker.

First time buying from best buy. Had very good experience, when shopping in store had great customer service and delivery there was no issue the delivery guys very nice and helpful.

We are satisfied with the performance and the huge capacity of the product. We can highly recommend the product to our friends and family.

So far so good we’ve only had the fridge for a couple of months. We have a large family and it makes plenty of ice. I wish it had a little more cubic space but it’s as large as you can get without going to a French door.
