This refrigerator was defective from the manufacturer. The Geek Squad could not fix it. My children/grandchildren were coming for Thanksgiving & no refrigerator! A replacement has been ordered-I like it, but it would not cool down!!! Sad/mad!

Product is good service was horrible!

I paid extra for best buy technicians to hook up the water system on my refrigerator, the old refrigerator had a water system as well so the lines were already there. My husband was told they couldn't complete the job because they didnt have the tools to do it. What did I pay for?
