    I bought this AC unit in June 2023 and used it for 3 months in a small bedroom. Initially, it cooled the space effectively. However, when I turned it on today (presumably in June 2024), it only blew hot air. Unfortunately, this means I need to purchase a new AC unit this year.

    This is a decent AC. The only thing is that it literally only shoots the air straight. The adjustment to shoot air from side to side does nothing. We have to run a fan to help it get around the other side of the room.

    Disappointed!! Unit often "turns itself off/shuts down" in the middle of the hottest nights. We only run this unit at night for six-seven hours. Constantly have to get up to re-program/restart the unit-- and even then it often doesn't stay on....

    It doesn’t cool my room as I thought it should. I have a fairly small room and 6,000 btu’s should cool up the room but it doesn’t. Maybe I received a faulty one.
