So far I have no complaints FYI I loved the Best Buy we went to on rainbow.. friendly and organized.. we returned the one ac to sunset and marks just absolutely Chaos , was going to buy a printer but no one helped or even asked ,but the door person was very friendly.

The only things that I would change is it would be nice if you could adjust the air flow up and not just sideways. It would be great to turn the indicator lights off at night.The Eco mode is great because it causes it to shut off periodically. The remote control is great.

It's not as big and bulky as the ones we've owned in the past, but it cools great! It's not overly noisy and it was very easy to install. Kept us cool on some very hot days!

Materials feel cheap, but makes sense for the price it has. I would have given 4 stars, but I had to return one of the three I bought because it sounded like a diesel truck.

Very easily installation and the video is detailed, AC is super quiet but puts out a lot of cold air. This wouldn’t cool a room larger than 12x10’ though so keep that in mind.
