The AC is easy to install and cools small rooms quick.

Not bad. Only thing I do not like is that the vents only go right or left and not up or down. It also has a foam interior to help air stay in that well could brake ..like mine that has some very slight openings. However, it cools good enough.

I purchased 2 of these air conditioners and only really needed one. We didn't realized that one cools off 3 of my rooms. We still have the other one in the box unused. Brabd new still, it's the best air conditioner I've ever purchased.

The air conditioner works great. Extremely happy with the purchase. Cools the basement room well. After reading several online reviews I decided to go with this model. We had a GE air conditioner for the last 6 years and decided to replace it with a newer model. The online purchase and delivery experience was great and would buy again from Best Buy.

Worked ok for about 2-3 years and then stopped working out of nowhere. No damage and was taken care of properly but when cut on motor is humming low and no air

This is a solid unit. It keeps the room cold, and it isn’t too loud. We have not had any problems.

It’s a relatively quiet machine. When I record I have to turn it off, but other than that it’s just a bit of white noise. It does an excellent job of cooling off my fourth floor, west facing bedroom to 68ish, even in 95+ heat. However, I recommend to any others, specifically those with hot/super sunny bedrooms—to get good solid blinds for the window. It doesn’t work quite as well when the sunlight and heat still comes pouring in.

I LOVE that it has a remote! So nice to be able to adjust the temperature from bed when I wake in the middle of the night and just need it a little cooler or maybe less cool.

Works great. Was easy to put together. The side panels slide on flush instead of needing to be screwed in like other brands. So no gaps. Runs quiet and has Eco mode which is even quieter (turns off). I liked it so much that I bought another.

Works well, easy to install. One note is if you have multiple units, the same remote can be used for all units. It's hard to get a perfect seal when mounting but that's not a big issue.

Bought it for use only in a small room for family to sleep in power outage situations. Took it out and ran it for a while to test it out. Seems to work great! Happy with my other GE appliance purchases in the past bc they seem to hold up better than others. Hope this one proves to do the same. I was very happy to get it within a couple of days with no shipping charge!
