They would not jave made it in 110° heat without this window unit! The staff was so very helpful!! And Best Buy was only one around that had any in stock!! Thank you so much!

Hers is much quieter and cools the room well. This one however even running all night doesn't cool my room to a comfortable level. It is insanely loud when it starts up and has constant internal vibration noise. Maybe in a living room with other noises you wouldn't notice it but I can't sleep with it on low or any combination of settings. If it at least cooled my room to a decent temperature I could live with it but I will be getting a quieter more efficient one for sure.

This barely fit in the small window I installed and seems to be doing its job and keeping the room cool. No problems/complaints so far.

Ok AC Unit

Shouldn't have cheaped out and gotten a slightly bigger one. It's in the guest bedroom of my home it gets the humidity out but doesn't cool the room as well as I would like. I do not like that the direction of the air can not be moved up and down just left to right.

This unit is quiet and with the “economy” setting of the electronic thermostat it easily maintains the temp. to a cool 70 degrees. It’s fairly quiet , has a remote control and was super easy to unbox and install. I would recommend this to a friend...

Had to replace my old window unit that died on me in the middle of a very hot I mean hot night lol. This unit works great I like all the different sets it has I mostly keep it on auto and eco mode you do have to play with the temperature set because sometimes it does get a little to cold but other than that its a great unit.
