    Haven't Installed them yet but the last purchase of the same item work well without any complaints. This summer gave them a Major workout with the Temperatures soaring to 100F. They still are running smoothly and the Remote has been a definite Help while sleeping, etc. Thank you best Buy for a Speedy Delivery as well. Walter Q.

    Fits nicely in the window and looks OK. Remote works nice. It is rather loud, I am not sure if that is standard with window units. This is the first one I have ever had. The price was right and it does cool.

    install of the unit was ok. the bracket that holds the ac was too short, but i was able to set it up without it. Had the ac for about 2 months now and so far its working fine. I recommend it for under $200 deal.
