Looks nice but too much money for poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have had the slate fridge for 7 months now. The fridge will not keep a steady temperature and now has failed completely. No service appt available for a week, and then I am sure it will take another week or two for parts. Poor quality, poor service.

Posted .Hello Trina - this is Nancy at GE. We're sorry to hear that your refrigerator is not cooling properly. First, please disconnect power to the refrigerator via the main power supply for a couple of minutes so as to reset the control panel. Next, make certain all of the doors are closing and sealing properly. Install the refrigerator in a location that will not go below 60 degrees F or above 100 degrees F, and make certain it has some air clearance around it. If this does not help, we recommend contacting GE Factory Service at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance. I hope this helps! Thanks for providing your feedback!
