What a great fridge no problems yet had for 3weeks now

Refrig is a little noisey,other than that we love it.

I've had a LG refrigerator for over 10 years I purchased from Best Buy. My wife and I recently moved into a new home and decided it was time for a new one. Being the LG served us well, we started to look into the same brand. The beautiful slate finish from the GE caught my wife's eye. We looked into the GE. Compared features. Although the GE was a little more expensive we decided to purchase the GE instead and we couldn't be any happier.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT, AND PRAYING THAT IT LAST ME AT LEAST 5-10 YEARS WITHOUT ISSUES. BECAUSE GE CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCKS

My old refer. used to freeze the vegetables.This refer. does not do that. everything works great and I like the extra large water fill and ice return.

I went to Best Buy looking to buy appliances for my kitchen and laundry room for my new home. The sales person was very helpful even conpaired prices with other companies for us. They gave us free delivery and told about GE's rebate program. Have already told a friend to go to Best Buy.

I really like the function and look of our new appliances. Installers were helpful and professional.

The fridge, washer and drier are excellent. The customer service was incredible as well. The people who delivered where kind and committed. Didn't leave until everything was working. The fridge took a little more time.

I am happy with this fridge, I was disappointed with my Samsung fridge and switched to GE, it is working fine.

Bought open box item; looked great at the store. Door doesn't close all the way through and causes condensation. When I called to ask for pick up; I was told to put in my truck and return it. Had to take doors and hardware out because my door was too narrow.

I purchased this as it was my 2nd best choice after the Profile series and PF series was on backorder to almost 30 days. But this (GFE Series) refrigerator is exactly the same specifications besides the fancy LED lights in PF series. Therefore, more bang for the buck.

I have this unit. My advice is to avoid this unit and ALL GE products. I purchased a very nice GE Profile unit in 2011. GE replaced it 3 times over the past 4 years because they were all faulty and GE was unable to repair them after numerous attempts. For the last replacement, they gave me this exact unit (because they do not make my original anymore). Unfortunately, this new unit (as shown above) has problems, just like the others. It makes horrible noises and the dispenser does not stop dripping (search other GE reviews and you will see they have this same dripping problem). Also, the shelf space is very wide, but the height options are quite poor. A gallon of milk only fits well on the door shelf, but does not fit inside on the main shelves no matter how you position them. My advice is to not only avoid this particular model, but avoid all GE products (we also have a GE Profile Double Wall Oven, which has had problems over the years, as well, that GE is not able to repair). Based on my experiences with GE, all of their appliances made in the past few years are unreliable. Pick a different brand. Good luck to you.

I love this unit but within the first few days the water tasted like bath water ge sent out 2 repairs that took way too long as backordered parts and was told that it would be fixed not replace as long needed duh finally I went back to the store and geek tech gave 2nd opinion and best buy has taken care of this problem with a replacement no more bottled water highly recommend geek extended warranty
