Great oven. Looks great. Preheats fast. Bakes evenly

The in-store service was very good! We are waiting for the installation.

Overall it is an OK oven. It takes a very long time to preheat. It fits perfectly and looks great in our wall. The beep/alarm sound is very soft and there is no way to adjust the volume.

Oven is installed and working as expected. Required some adjustments in cabnets but is now cooking and we are exploring its capabilities.

A very nice oven that does everything you’d need in an oven.

Replacement GE oven fit perfectly. Enjoying the convection feature.

The GE oven is very nice. But the matching microwave I bought 3 months ago no longer works. I have made an appointment for a repair......or will preferably receive a new microwave.

Love this oven! Not so fancy but not basic either. I got a fancy one at another property and NEVER use the features. This oven is great and is simple to use. Very happy and a bug improvement over my last GE.

Extremely poor quality and level of competency in service. Multiple installers came in. The first one was NOT able identify if the line had 220-240v (weird!!) second one ,company named OXB, who came in today said they are ONLY authorized to install oven but NOT microwave. I understand companies have procedure to follow. But that's ONLY after you have catered well to to your customer.

Food comes out cooked exceptionally with the convection feature .

CAN'T USE OVEN BECAUSE BEST BUY CANCELLED INSTALLATION WITHOUT EVER CONTACTING US. OVEN STILL IN WAREHOUSE

Installers professional and efficient. Like the GE oven.

This was on order since march of last year they keep changing the date over and over I finally cancelled the order

Nice Oven but there’s no instruction booklet. You have to print it yourself. They had an 800 number to receive it in the mail but they just tell you to go online.

I bought this oven 3 years ago. For the first two and a half years it was fine. Then all of a sudden the oven turns off by itself! Had a couple Best Buy repair techs come out, a total of three times so far. Replaced all the parts they could. Still turns off by itself. Every time I use the oven, I sit in the kitchen, and watch to make sure if the goes off, I have to turn it back on right away. Very inconvenient, and very frustrating! I and the Best Buy tech concluded we have a lemon. Because I took out a 5 year warranty, I'm hoping that we will get a replacement oven. The tech is pretty sure I will. I firmly believe if you're spending more than $300 on anything, you should get the extra warranty, in this case through Best Buy. I am very disappointed in GE. I do NOT recommend this oven!!
