I purchased this unit for dependability and efficiency, and that is exactly what I got. I needed a unit that would fit into the space that I had and it fits perfectly. The only issue is the slight noise it makes while washing.

Holding up well. Installation was a bit tricky inside my broom closet sized laundry room but the Best Buy deliverymen got the job done. I keep the guide handy as getting the right settings for each job is not a one and done. I have a bad lower back so I much preferred the top loading washer rather than the models that would have required me to squat down to throw the clothes into as well as removing them after each wash.

The washer/Dryer was a perfect fit to the space. It works well. I was able to get the updated version of the old one.

Compact and sturdy. One issue is it's a bit noisy.

Unit gets clothes clean, washer a little noisy at points in the cycle, dryer quiet. Good choice for small spaces

First, I love love love the color. Second, this looks small but it holds our large loads and cleans as good as the smaller loads. It is easy to use and the cycles are very quick. I should have had this for my family years ago. We love it!!

Great space saver but large enough to wash and dry king size comforters!

Really excited about this purchase. The washer and dryer compartments are very spacious. The clothes that I have washed have been cleaned nicely as well.

I have a very small space in my apartment and this unit is perfect! I love that it is a full size washer. The dials are easy to read and the insides of both the W/D are super clean. My unit was dented when the delivery crew took it out of the cardboard packaging. I decided to keep it and have been making attempts to get a credit for the cosmetic damage.

This washer/dryer is very good. The clothes come out very clean and the dryer works well. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is because the dryer doesn't have a buzzer to let you know when it's finished.

Slightly louder than expected but more than happy with the cleaning of clothes

I love the fact it is NOT white! The washer is much larger than the one I had. It has so many different settings for the washer. The only thing that is taking some getting used to is it is louder/more noise than my old one. It is not enough to distress me but I did notice that. I used my old one for almost 12 years so I was used to the noise it made. Change is always difficult but I can handle this change. It looks beautiful and I love it.

Well made and lots of room for fabrics. Easy to set up and operate. Only issue is a bad wire, which from some research seems to be a issue when the load spins and shakes when no leveled. It knocks a wire loose.

This was a replacement to my old stackable that died recently. It is super quiet and does a great job cleaning and drying. It's bigger than I need day to day, but I have easily put my Ruggable washable 5x7 rugs in it with no problem. I do wish the door was reversible since mine is in a closet, but those were hard to find and I chose this based on other features, price, and availability.

This appliance is replacing my 20-year old Maytag Neptune stack unit. PROS: The spin cycle is very quiet and smooth. It also spins out until the clothing has hardly any moisture. Basically no vibration at all. Controls are stupid simple. The wash tub is slightly larger than my Neptune. CONS: It is harder to load and unload the washer, since it is a top-loader and the dryer portion overhangs the washer. The washer makes a noise during agitation. I'm sure it's normal, but it will take some getting used to. The "precise fill" water level control seems to be be a little shallow. I would like to override the lid safety so i could observe the agitation action. I think it should use more water, since it uses the old-fashioned agitator, rather than tumbling the clothes like the Neptune does. The spin cycle seems to go on and on, but I haven't timed it yet......definitely longer than the Neptune. Also, neither the washer or dryer has an interior light.

[Employee of bestbuy] I needed a combo because of moving into an apartment with small space. This fit just right and is big enough for my blankets and such. It is a bit loud, but bc its in the bathroom i just shut the bathroom door and its just fine.

This unit fits into a tight space and yet the washer and dryer contain enough room for nice size loads. Even though the depth was not that much different than most washers and dryers, there is plenty of room for a dryer hose in the back. The dryer is staggered on top of the washer,. So the washer sticks out forget in the front but the dryer sticks out further in the back. That leaves a big block of space to run the houses and dryer vent. This unit cleans just as well as other washers, and I like that I don't have to leave the washer door open to prevent mold like you do with front loading washers. This is a great unit for those with only space for a stacked unit.
