It works perfectly for the space I have for it. Not at all noisey like I expected.

This was a good purchase overall. It does its trick but struggles a bit with clothes of lighter colors. There were a few scratches upon delivery but these do not affect the overall functionality of the product.

I bought the stack washer/dryer for the basement so that it would fit in a small space. Works well.

The bottom washer isn’t very spacious but being able to divide the wash loads it gets done and I love the washer

After 13 yrs my stackable washer/dryer combo unit played out. I was deeply hoping this new unit I just purchased would be as awesome as my last! But there’s definitely nothing special about this one, no signals to alert you that either process is completed! You just have to be near and listen closely! It’s definitely loud while the washer is going through the washing process!

Good washer/dryer and is spacious. It fit great in our small bathroom.

So far so good. Fits neatly into a compact main floor location in a smallish house. Delivery and installation was smooth.

Purchased this unit and a 3-year Geek Squad plan in February 2024 for our rental house. By October it had broken. The repair person noted, "This washer had a violent end. The washer appears to have come loose from the suspension rods during a spin cycle. Which could have caused a host of unseen damage." Best Buy, despite the Geek Squad plan, won't touch it because it is still within GE's alleged one-year warranty. Dealing with GE has been a nightmare, eating up probably 25 hours advocating for our renters within the past three weeks. They won't replace the unit, no matter how badly broken, until after 4(!!!) failed service visits. Meanwhile our renters still have no washing machine and we are furious. Do not recommend purchasing any GE appliance or really anything from Best Buy.

This could be a decent washer and dryer but it has one critical flaw: the agitator in the washer has a small gap that catches smaller articles and wraps them around the underside of the agitator. We had a repair person come out and he pointed out that the design of the agitator allows for this gap and there is no remedy. I recommend that you select another washer dryer that does not have a center agitator. In the attached photo, you can see a 2 foot by 4 foot drape (used to cover customers when cutting their hair) that has been completely swallowed underneath the agitator. This happens with virtually every load of wash. The only solution is to place all items being washed into mesh bags. Do not buy this washer!

To Whom It May Concern: To lead off, I was very excited and happy on the deal I received from the Best Buy Outlet in Lynnwood, WA. The customer service was great and it was a quick delivery. When the 2-hour window of delivery was coming close to ending, I did receive a call that it was there to get installed. This was good. After work, I was literally, looking forward to running some laundry to catch up since the break. The horrible surprise was that the washer was not working. I do not believe the installation reps actually tested to confirm everything was in order. [I will be calling customer service to address this]. Trying to find the cause of the problem, I went to see if maybe the water had not been turned on [this was not the case--water was actually on and good]. However, just with moving it in the beginning, the dryer exhaust tube was already loose and in moving things back, the other end came out [pictures attached]! Because I had already put clothes in the washer, I actually had to finish this chore, by cleaning things in the bathtub. After spending over $1,000, this is a horrible way to start. Model and Serial Numbers are also attached for reference.

The instructions team does not install correctly or there is something wrong with the dryer. The heat pipe fall apart in 3 months and now we have problems with heat and another thing.

Works well for small space, just can’t load a lot of clothes but for me it works, I do my dirty clothes as soon I take them off.

I needed this because I have a small house. It's been working great so far.

I purchased this unit on sale and had it delivered but when it came out the box there was a piece hanging off so took the broken unit back was going to try again but the delivery guy advised me of multiple issues with this unit. So i moved up to LG washtower 400.00 more dollars. Refer to pics. Btw LG dryer part isn’t working.
