This is likely because they contract out this process with a 3rd party and there's no accountability. I would recommend you skip the install and hire a plumber to do it separately (or DIY, if you are so inclined).

Horrible scraping sound when drying

I did a return exchange that was a nightmare. I finally got my new one, The washer now works fine however the dryer again is making a horrible scraping noise it’s not normal I’m going to try another return exchange and see what happens maybe I’ve just had bad luck with the units I received.

I liked her so well I brought my 87 year old friend in , she also purchased a tv from her . Hope you look her up at your Saugus store , and give her a gold star .

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my second attempt to get the side vent washer/dryer that I requested for. can't really rate product as the installing company wants me to stay at home and wait from 12:00pm to 8pm. some of us need to work to be able to buy things. they are VERY unreasonable with their time-frames.
