We love our old school washer/dryer combo

We replaced it with this older design and couldn't be happier. The last unit like this lasted 20 years and we're hoping this one does too!

Horrible scraping sound when drying

I did a return exchange that was a nightmare. I finally got my new one, The washer now works fine however the dryer again is making a horrible scraping noise it’s not normal I’m going to try another return exchange and see what happens maybe I’ve just had bad luck with the units I received.

I liked her so well I brought my 87 year old friend in , she also purchased a tv from her . Hope you look her up at your Saugus store , and give her a gold star .

Newer washers will make different sounds than your previous washer. You will hear clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. To listen and watch videos or normal washer operation, please check out page 20 in the manual to click on a QR code.
