Fire warning - throwing sparks

Installed less than 90 days and it is throwing sparks when you turn it on! Seems like a safety and fire hazard. Don't recommend this product.

Totally disappointed. My stove top should have been here on dec 20th. Contacted Best Buy and promised some results within 48 hours which expired yesterday and still no news. Promises not kept

Grate product. It works as advertised and fit the cut off area of my counter top. It is a tight fit and definetely needs two persons to install it. I am glad I ordered the installtion sevice.

absolutely love my new cook top. I redid my kitchen and wanted something easy to use, looks great, and that was easy to clean, and wouldn't break my budget. Best buy took care of everything.
