*DO NOT PURCHASE* - The product was defective - it was emitting CO as well as Natural Gas into our home. When we attempted to remedy this problem with Best Buy, we spent approx. 5 hours on the phone/on a live chat in which we were passed from agent to agent with no acceptable resolution. The replacement was not available, and we were told we would have to wait a minimum of 3 weeks to receive said replacement. 3 weeks of having no way to cook food/prepare meals in our home. After spending another hour + in the store, talking to an actual manager we were offered a $250 credit. Our lives were in jeopardy, and we didn't even know it. Best Buy customer service is horrendous. We will never purchase anything from Best Buy again.

Not worth the Money

The top oven doesn’t cook properly, the air fryer oven doesnt work properly either! Frustrating that you cant put a grate where the griddle is!

product might be nice but since it has not been installed I wouldn't know. I've been told I have to wait a week because the installer didn't have the gas conversion kit....I suppose I should eat out for a week???
