The process was smooth but with multiple sales, discounts and rebates going on at once, it was hard to navigate. For instance, we missed out on free delivery. And we were told it would be a while for the unit to arrive at the store and was there the next day. But the sale was was comparable (not actually 50% off, as other box stores offered at near the same price without the sale).

The range has many great features such as pizza no preheat, convection oven, easy wash tray, and many more. So far, it works perfectly. The downside,which is not a deal breaker, is that the preheat sound is just one small beep.

Seems like a nice stove. The drawer doesn't open and close smoothly, and after buying our own air fry basket ,I'm not impressed with that function. We don't have an air fryer. so it could just be that we don' t know what to expect.Everything works, and we really like the warming burner

Love my oven and it’s uses. I would recommend looking for cleaning for flat top ahead of arrival.

Impressed with the preheat speed and love the no preheat air fryer and removable cleaning tray. The range of stove diameters have a size for all of our pots and pans.

Glass top not as sturdy as my old range. I think it is terrible you don't provide an instruction book with purchase.

Installation was managed well. The stove top is easy to clean and functions very well. The oven heats up quickly and retains the temperature throughout the operation. I recommend this item.

[Employee of bestbuy] Our 4 year old stove went out recently so we needed a new one. This one perfectly fit our cutout and has all of the necessary inputs nothing over the top. The free install was super quick and clean and they made sure all of the burners were working before leaving. 10/10
