Bad delivery. Lazy delivery people

Wonderful stove frim Bestbuy. Aweful dont care delivery. Dropoed it off in box n left. I was told they was supposed to discard garbage. I still have big box that needs to be picked up. 2nd time complaining n no one has done nothing to help thus senior citizen.

It's a stove and gets the job done. The burner knobs are a hazard if you have younger children. On four different occasions the burners have turned on without my knowledge or realization.

The oven itself is fine. The stovetop is kind of difficult to clean. Everything else is good. I appreciate the multiple electric burners and how quickly it heats up.

If you're not already, please use a ceramic cooktop cleaner to keep your cooktop looking new. Information on how to clean burned on residue can be found on page 23 in your use and care manual. The oven was delivered but could not be installed as we needed to get an electrician to hoop up the electricity. We have rescheduled the installation for July 24th.

Havent had a chance to use it. But I love all the features that i plan to use. It looks good. Little disapointed in the stoage drawer. Smaller than what wors for me.
