Dropoed it off in box n left. I was told they was supposed to discard garbage. I still have big box that needs to be picked up. 2nd time complaining n no one has done nothing to help thus senior citizen.

The burner knobs are a hazard if you have younger children. On four different occasions the burners have turned on without my knowledge or realization.

If you're not already, please use a ceramic cooktop cleaner to keep your cooktop looking new. Information on how to clean burned on residue can be found on page 23 in your use and care manual.
