We have had this range for almost a month, and I am still beyond impressed with it! The double ovens are perfect- very accurate temperatures! And the stovetop is awesome with the two size adjustable burners and the warming area. I haven’t had any trouble with the glass top- the range comes with a flyer on how to care for it, and a sample of glass top cleaner. I did buy a kit of the same brand as the sample, and it has taken care of everything that has spilled or burned on without any trouble. Literally the only thing I would change would be to make the timer beeper louder- it plays a little tune instead of the old obnoxious beeping, which I love, but I have to really listen for it if I’m in a different room.

LOVE this oven. It has the convection, which we use and the air-fry which we really don't. But I LOVE having the double oven. It really makes celebrations so much easier because you can have multiple dishes going at the same time.

This oven has a smell block while cooking doesn't stink up the kitchen , the air fryer is awesome, even cooking browning, works better than out counter air fryer. The top oven perfect pizzas, pies, cookies, it's half size of the oven can fit 4 -9' 13 pans in at ounce plus extra 3 liter casserole. The whole top burners have every pan size plus rabid boil. Works excellent. Love the food warmer settings the top of stove sets as a food warmer and sets up 5-9'23 across the top. Hooks up to the web for perfect dishes program in stove for automatic cooking thru the codes can cook from you phone . Least know what's going on if on the go . Tons of menu options for persice cooking. We love it and our turkeys never been better during the holidays. The air fryer is incredibly helpful. And besides that you have conventional roast, bake, air fry, broil, Wich has high or low and works fonanual best wings yet. Truly a value for the price. We love ours

Love the look and having 2 ovens! The glass top does leave marks easily from burnt food but cleans easily with the right cleaning supplies. The airfryer does take a significantly longer time than i anticipated to cook items but I am comparing it to the cooking times of my Ninja Foodi. Overall a great oven though

Stove works GREAT! We have cooked many meals using both ovens at the same time saving alot of time. We never had an air fryer before, definetly will be an options that we will require in future oven purchases.

So far great stove. All burners work well, love the double oven and Air fryer feature. Big upgrade from my older stove. Was easy making Thanksgiving dinner with yhis stove.

Love this stove. I've had one before and thats why I purchase a new one for my new home. The small oven keeps me from having to heat up the big one just to do some simple cooking. Come the Holidays though, being able to cooks two different things at the same time is great as well.

This double oven is the best! I love using the top oven for small amounts. I have options now! It heats up fast and everything is cooked evenly. I also love the different size eye options on the stovetop. This is a great product!

So far so good. Having the double oven is really nice and it’s our first flat top stove. Looks great too. Preheats very quickly. Would be nice if it had two timers, one for each oven, but we manage with one. One thing to watch out for is that BB might not give you a current model with the No Preheat Air Fry feature. It’s right in the title of the appliance but the one they gave us was two iterations old and didn’t have that feature. Luckily they took $250 off the price when we brought it up to them after delivery and they had no replacements in stock. Make sure yours has that feature before the delivery people leave your house.

Bought 2 units and 1 went bad within 6 months after purchase. But, item was repaired under manufacture warranty.

We had a problem with the oven when we got it, but the warranty covered it and it has been repaired. WE were happy with the result.

We are really loving this oven. We’ve had it for several months with no issues. I love the double oven, it has been so convenient when you need two different temperatures. The controls are easy to use and figure out. It heats fairly quickly. The top range is as expected. I have a hard time getting it clean when rice or pasta spills over, but I had that problem with our last range also.

This a great product my wife loved it. I had it delivered and installed. Had a little trouble setting the clock but my wife figured it out. The only problem is you have to be careful of what type of pots you use because you can leave mark.

I have had my double oven for a couple of weeks now and am very please with this purchase! I find my cooktop is easier to clean than my last range, I love the feel and sturdiness of the knobs, the suction of the oven doors, and how quickly the range heats up. I also like the various sizes of the range heating elements. I have used the smaller top oven and I find it convenient to use. I do note that steam heats through one of the back ranges when using the oven. Overall, I feel I made a great purchase, the range looks great in my kitchen and so far all the features works well.

Overall my wife likes this oven. Here are issues/dislikes. - The hot surface light stays on (sometimes for days) (this is a common issue apparently). - The air fryer also takes longer to cook than our smaller one (makes sense given the volume difference). - Also had to spend $40+ on surface cleaners to protect the surface from build up/scratches. not sure if this is typical for the glass surface ovens, but I wasn't too happy about an additional expense I wasn't expecting. Those are the issues concerns we have, I still gave it 4 stars. Wife is still happy with it overall. Used the dual oven feature on the 3rd day and was so happy about it. If you want this type of oven, these were the only concerns we've had, and are still happy with it.

Have really enjoyed this Oven for the past 10 months. Having the dual oven is really a life saver for putting a bunch of food on the table in a hurry! Unfortunately, one of the top burners stopped working in the past week. Called Customer Service today, and have a tech scheduled to come in 2 days (in my opinion, that is pretty quick). We'll see how it goes from here, but I've not yet had a negative experience dealing with Best Buy and any warranty issues.

Oven is much better than expected. Burners do run a bit hotter than the previous so that has been a learning curve. Both ovens heat up quickly and cook thoroughly.
