This was the only one I could find at any local retailer, so the decision was made for me. It works well and has helped dry out the space. Has multiple speeds and a timer which are nice features. It puts out a little more heat than I would like for summer use. If I had more time I would have bought a larger one, but I was lucky to get this one when I needed it.
