After getting it replaced, the new washer works pretty well. The cycles are not too long, but I wish there were more options for types of cycles. I also am not too confident about the water temperature toggle (it always seems to send out warm/hot water even when I choose cold)

Easy to Operate

It does a great job on all fabrics. I did not detect any abnormal noise from the washer as other people claimed. In fact, it’s a lot quieter than my other machine. I am very happy with my purchase.

Very satisfied with washing options and time it takes to cycle. It’s only been a month, but pleased with purchase so far.

I replaced 30 year old Kenmore set, and was scared of newer Smart stuff. Crazy how much time (and money) i probably wasted on old machines. So glad to be 8n the world of high efficiency!!

Loud wash cycle!

It also agitates more slowly. On another note, I want to give Best Buy delivery guys Jamie and Mario five stars for the job well-done. Very professional and friendly. Also, Best Buy did a top notch job of providing me delivery tracking on the delivery day. I received a map that showed where the driver was and when he would arrive. Then, I got a call 20 minutes before arrival, and this was all done at no cost. No delivery charge. Two thumbs up since emojis are not allowed. Finally, I am considering whether I should keep the machine or exchange it for a quieter one. I am waiting for my housekeeper to give me her input.

Great GE washer machine

I recommend it based on the price and the quality of the product.
