It seems to be made for heavy duty items...towels, sheets, work clothes...the auto fill option doesn't really work and I have had it less than 2 months. But, I only bought it as an extra for construction work clothes.

Posted .washer. Your new washer may sound different from your prior unit because of the newer technology. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. We would like to help with the autofill concern. Great washer for tight spaces

The lid does not lock until after the water has been filled which allows me to add the detergent in before the clothes is added

When put on Whites, the Spin never stops, you have to eventually stop it manually. This may destroy the clothes you are washing. Using only Short Wash and Delicates for this reason.

Posted .We'd like to help out with your washer not stopping the spin cycle. We recommend checking to make sure that "Extra Spin" is not selected, as this setting will add 7 minutes of spin time to your currently selected cycle. The overall cycle time for "Whites" is 61 minutes, but it can be important to remember that any additional settings selected can add time. If the spin cycle is not stopping at all, we recommend trying an electronic reset, which can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. If the issue persists, we suggest scheduling an appointment with our Bodewell service team by calling 1-833-426-3393.
