This washer has everything we need to have clean clothes. It is easy to use and does an extremely good job. Also has an extra spin cycle which saves on the amount of time in the dryer. It also doesn't get off balance because the drum is deep and there are plenty of water levels. Customer service with Best Buy is great as always.

I am very pleased with my new GE washer. It is easy to use and has performed perfectly! The large capacity is perfect for blankets.

The washer is amazing ! I’m very grateful that Best Buy not only has good prices but also has great sales. No way could I have afforded a new washer had this not been the case. And on top of the great sale price it came with a warranty from the manufacturer. No additional cost and still got a warranty. Perfect timing for a large family with a small budget. Thank you Best Buy!

Excellent washer at a great price! I wanted something really simple and not digital. Just something with simple to use knobs with just a few settings that I know I would use and this one has been exactly that. It has a huge drum and has been able to clean all of my bulkier blankets with no problems.

Best Buy team member helped me buy the washer that I wanted with ease and even went out of their way to add promotional deals to save more money. The day of delivery was great too, they came in and within minutes everything was installed with no issues. Having app helped knowing when delivery people would come by without waiting all day.

I love that it reminds me of an old-school washer. I’m able to keep the lid open and still add clothes. The only downside to this machine is that sometimes it loses its balance easily and Knox even with a small amount of clothes.

It is very noisy but does a great job cleaning. Arrivd with to short of discharge hose which presented problems. Had to have replacement hose installed. Dryer is great.

2nd time around is a GE, Its better than the - Maytag - I had first, thats a buyer beware for sure. I like this GE Washer because I have control of ALL water levels, unlike others machines as i came to notice. Be aware of this. These new machines 'save water' at the expense of not rinsing out your clothes unless you 'suggest' it. Bet you didn't know that. These new machines are water efficient; no concern of residue left in clothes due to insufficient amount of 'rinse' technology. Unless of course you turn the dial to extra rinse. Now thats a rinse cycle. This GE tub is huge compared to my broken Whirlpool. Maybe if they'd shrink the tub size, that same amount of water could cover clothes. Just a thought.
