We're a family of 8 so we do alot of washing, this washer is a life saver and time saver. The installation was easy. Very happy with the price as well.

Loads and runs much quieter than my previous washer. However, even with running the "extra spin" clothes come out very wrinkled--a 1st for any washer that I have ever owned.

Posted .Thank you for sharing your feedback on your new washer and dryer. With all washers, some shaking or noise is normal. However, it is important to level your washer as it prevents the washer from excessive vibration when in use. When leveling a washer, make sure to level both front to back and side to side by adjusting the four leveling legs. Also note that the more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. Lauren@GEAppliances

The size of the tub is so much bigger than our old one and the options given for the dry cycles are perfect. I love the options of bulky items/casual/sheets and towels, etc... I can also add an extra soak or rinse.

It is easy to use and does an extremely good job. Also has an extra spin cycle which saves on the amount of time in the dryer. It also doesn't get off balance because the drum is deep and there are plenty of water levels. Customer service with Best Buy is great as always.
