Love the washing machine works great I’m enjoy every minute of it

Simple & uncomplicated to use, that being said, it has all the features you need, love the Precise Fill (which removes any guess work) & Auto Soak features.

This GE washer offers a range of features such as multiple wash cycles , load size options, and energy - saving modes. I highly recommend this washer & I got a great deal. Thank you Best Buy (:

Wanted a washer that was not totally digital on the display. Found this washer (along with matching dryer). PERFECT! I am able to chose my water level or use the precise fill option. Basic, yet has a few bells & whistles. Love the dials - no need to tap a button numerous times to chose what I need. Handles King size sheets, blankets, etc. Would highly recommend this washer, along with matching dryer!

So far I give this washing machine a 5 star because it really washes well. The only negative is that the agitator is louder than what I've been used to.

The total tech membership is paying off pretty well. I was able to purchase a washer and dryer that came out and installed both. No issues

I bought this GE Washer (4.5 cu ft Top Load Washer with Precise Fill, Deep Fill, Deep Clean and Deep Rinse - White, Model: GTW465ASNWW, SKU: 6325628 in July 2023. The machine broke after 1.5 years of weekly use. The agitator and its base completely broke off. The bolt that holds the agitator in place had rusted and snapped. The top half of the bolt was trapped in the agitator. The washer does not work without an agitator. The washer was just a few months past the 1 year warranty period offered by GE. I had a repair man come by thinking the bolt could be replaced easily, but he said the repair would cost at least $450 part plus labor. The part connects to the transmission shaft under the basin, and the unit would have to be taken apart. He did not believe it was worth repairing. My home warranty would not cover the repair because the part had rusted. My GE purchase was a huge disappointment. I am shocked that the GE washer broke in such a short period. I trusted GE to make good quality lasting products, and now I have to replace my washing machine.

The washer was on sale and was a scratch and dent model. It is easy to operate and will even wash a queen size comforter

Purchased Feb 6, 2024 and already shows signs of rust. Works well, but I can't imagine how it will rust out bad eventually.

This is a lemon, please be aware! Had it fix 3 times already, thank God I bought insurance and finally it will be exchanged. It makes the most annoying scratchy loud sounds that my neighbors made a complaint. You can only wash underwear, never anything bigger than that. It’s a been a headache. Finally soon it will be over and will be able to get a real washer.

1. The deep water option is a sham which is why we bought it. The drum doesnt fill more than 50% deep with deep water on and water level set to max. Many clothes will stay above the water line the entire wash cycle as the water is not deep enough to pull them under. 2. Also, the only rinse option is cold water which is not always the best option. 3. And there is no way to manually advance the cycle from wash to rinse to spin dry. Once you start a cycle, you have to wait it out. Not happy and very disappointed in GE.

Loves how big the barrel is. Clothes comes out really clean.

Installers were good and helpful. And within the day we got our new washer up and running

The washer needed to be simple and easy to use. I had never owned one before, and my first question was “Which ones take quarters?” The question spoke volumes to the sales person, and I knew GE had a good, reliable reputation. It was an easy choice.
