I've had this washer for more than 2 yrs & am happy to say that I haven't had any problems. Works as it's supposed to & cleans well. The only complaint I have is that because I'm short I have a hard time reaching the bottom to get clothes out, just a minor issue!

The washer does a good job if cleaning, but shakes like a paint shaker. You would think by now, all washers would have technology to eliminate the vibrations.

I like it much better than my front loader GE that I had. The only thing I really don’t like is the detergent dispenser. It drips water after it is done but not a big deal.
